Within two hours of calling, an electrician showed up at our house. He was very experienced and diagnosed the problem immediately. Because he had the necessary replacement part on his truck, the repair was completed then and there. Before leaving, he asked if there was anything else that we wanted him to check out. Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve come across. I had some lighting and additional outlets installed into my garage workshop. As this is a craft area I wanted it bright and clean looking. There was a mix up between the bid and initial install but these guys caught it before I got home from work, gave me a call, apologized and promised to do it as we discussed and They went above and beyond to make it right. I always say, mistakes happen, it’s how you handle the situation when they do and I was not disappointed. My work shop looks great , has plenty of power and light now. I highly recommend solar pathways if your looking for a company that still employs honesty and integrity.
